A program to help Massachusetts affordable housing owners complete energy-efficiency retrofits on their existing, multi-family buildings.
The Massachusetts Green Retrofit Initiative offers energy management services to assist building owners in identifying green retrofit opportunities within their portfolios, securing funding and financing packages for green retrofit projects, and managing retrofit construction and post-construction activities. There is no cost to the owner for these energy management services as the program is funded by The Barr Foundation and the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
